Blog |
BBC Learning English has two blogs, one is updated by a student and the other by an English language teacher. Each month a new student blogs, writing daily about their life and their interests. The teacher gives advice to the student on what they write and suggests ways to improve their writing. Those who follow the learner and teacher blogger can ask questions from them and comment on their blogs.

Practise punctuation, spelling, create a postcard and do more writing skills related activities.

| Story Maker |
Learners can create their own fairy, horror, or science fiction stories. Once the storymaker loads, they have to answer questions and decide the main features of the story. The storymaker then generates their story. Can be great fun. Tips on how to use this activity can be found here (2. Story Maker). (http://www.britishcouncil.org/getwriting.pdf)
